Evaluation of Thermal Adsorption and Mechanical Behaviour of Intralaminar Jute/Sisal/E-Glass Fibre-Bonded Epoxy Hybrid Composite as an Insulator

Abstract: A thermal gravimetric analyzer analyzed the thermal adsorption properties of developed composites with the temperature range of 28°C–650°C at a 20°C/min constant heat flow rate. The epoxy hybrid composites were synthesized using natural jute/sisal fibre hybridized with the addition of synthetic E-glass fibres at 0-degree, 0/90-degree, and intralaminar orientations through the wet filament-winding process.
