“…At the in vitro establishment stage, A. hermanniae explants from seedlings (juvenile explants) responded at higher percentages to produce shoots than explants from adult wild plants (adult explants). In MS medium with 1.0 mg L −1 BA, explants from seedlings produced significantly more shoots (14) compared to explants from adult native plants (6), verifying work on A. cytisoides [26].
