Evaluation of the Efficacy of Topical Propolis versus Mucoadhesive Mycophenolate Mofetil (MMF) in the Management of Symptomatic Oral Lichen Planus

Abstract: Aim: To assess the potential impacts of propolis and mucoadhesive mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) on oral lichen planus. Methodology:The research was performed on 30 individuals suffering from atrophic-erosive oral lichen-planus.
