Evaluation of the effect of high temperature on the full-length transcriptome and biochemical parameters of chili pepper fruit (Capsicum annuum L.) at different developmental stages

Abstract: What is the expected impact on horticulture?• This study provided a new insight into the reasons why the expansion of pepper fruit was inhibited and the fruit turned red accelerated under high temperature stress, which lays a foundation for further research on the mechanism of fruit resistance to high temperature.
