Evaluation of the EDR Performance in Seismic Control of Steel Structures Using Endurance Time Method

Abstract: A phenomenological model of visual perceptual dynamics is proposed based upon the cellular automata (CA) which considers the anatomical connections between visual areas of the macaque brain.
