Abstract: The treatment of functional dyspepsia remains a complex and incompletely resolved issue of gastroenterology. Subjective sensations of the patient, described as a feeling of fullness in the epigastrium after eating, early satiety, pain in the epigastrium, may be a manifestation of dyspepsia associated with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection.
