Propósito: el objetivo de este trabajo consiste en analizar el sistema actual de administración de costos de una empresa de la industria de la confección.Metodología: por medio de un estudio cualitativo y descriptivo, se aplicó el instrumento “Desarrollo de una SAC efectivo” de Lawson et al. (2019).Resultados: se destaca la importancia de los sistemas de administración de costos en pequeñas empresas y la relevancia de ofrecer excelente servicio, puntualidad en las entregas y calidad del producto con el fin de conseguir una mayor capacidad de negociación con los clientes.Implicaciones: este artículo contribuye a la literatura al establecer bases sólidas para el diagnóstico de un sistema de administración de costos. Originalidad: este trabajo proporciona una estructura conceptual integral y herramientas prácticas que permiten a los profesionales avanzar en la evaluación de los SAC que impactan en la toma de decisiones y en el desempeño empresarial.

Companies are generally focused on how to improve their global performance. Concepts, methods and tools are regularly used to transform them. Key performance indicators are used to measure how performance is increased. Industry 4.0 concepts and sustainability expectations actually contribute to this performance improvement. Indeed, cybersecurity as one of these concepts is required to increase the company performance. Even if it is well-known and applied in companies through the protection of their information systems, progress is expected in research on how to ensure the security of data and factory processes in the manufacturing, as the number of cyberattacks towards industries is growing these last few years. This paper aims to increase the company performance and sustainability to enforce factory machines protection by creating private security network groups. But currently, most of the Programmable Logic Controller PLC protocols have not been securely designed. Thus, the creation of secure groups of machines by combining strong authentication, strong or lightweight ciphering, and data stream integrity is proposed. The security is enforced by a continuous key's renewal algorithm. An experiment on an industry's architecture has been led to validate the concepts of the proposition. The study is compared to existing OPC-UA and MACsec standards in terms of drawbacks and advantages. This work could be implemented in hardware for further performance improvement.

Empirical analysis of metal machinery industry companies using diagnostic tools has proposed methods for implementing Industry 4.0 primarily in small and medium-sized enterprises.…”

At present, industrial digitalization has attracted extensive attention from the industry and academia, digital level measurement and improvement path research is an important field.The establishment of a model that can measure the digital level of the industry in real time is particularly important.This paper takes the construction machinery industry as an example, puts forward the idea of building a digital level measurement model, and puts forward a general framework for building a measurement model based on the digital level of the construction machinery industry, and it will provide certain guiding significance for future research.
