“…This test is sensitive compared to microscopic parasitological methods and can detect early and late antibodies to T. evansi (Verloo et al, 2000). Similarly Hilali et al (2004) was able to detect anti-T. evansi antibodies in water buffaloes experimentally infected with strain from dromedary camel during undetectable parasitemia. The seropositivity in the present study ranged from very strong to moderate agglutination with the majority of the animals showed moderate level but the titer remains at a detectable level.…”
