Introduction. The purpose of the research was to determine the characteristics of the infrared spectra of reflection and absorption of beeswax, as well as wax with the content of impurities in it, in particular paraffin and ceresin. Materials and methods. Natural beeswax, paraffin, ceresin, as well as their mixtures were investigated by infrared spectroscopy of reflection and absorption using Infrapid-61, Luminar 5030 and SPECORD M-80 spectrometers. Results and discussion. Infrared reflection spectra from smooth surfaces of samples (paraffin, ceresin, wax, a mixture of beeswax and ceresin, a mixture of wax paraffin and ceresin, a mixture of wax and paraffin) have a similar structure. There are two clearly expressed maxima at wavelengths of 1510 and 1581 nm. The ratio R w (1581)/R w (1510) varies from 1.115 to 1.265. The smallest value corresponds to natural beeswax, and the maximum value is ceresin. After shredding the sample, the infrared spectral diffuse reflections did not undergo significant changes, the most intense spectral maxima did not change its position, but the redistribution of spectral lines by intensity was happened out. There were pronounced differences in the region from 1723 to 2400 nm. The coefficient  for the reflection spectra from the smooth surface was ~ 1.2, and for the reflection spectra from the crushed samples ~ 1.1. The reflection spectra in the region from 1100 to 1350 nm have a clear maximum at a wavelength of 1212.5 nm. IR reflection spectra allowed us to clarify the difference between the natural beeswax and ceresin through the ratio of reflection features at 1510 and 1581 nm: the maximal ratio corresponded to the former, while the smallest one to the latter. The different proportion of bands corresponding to CH 2 and CH 3 stretching vibrations suggested that hydrocarbon chains of wax molecules are longer than those of paraffin and ceresin studied. It was found that hydrocarbon contaminants in the bee wax are associated with narrowing of the C=O band at ~1736 cm-1. Conclusions. The detected spectral laws will enable the identification of natural beeswax and detect its counterfeit.

Introduction. The tasks were considered, which are related to the working bodies for the artificial food products movement according to the specified movement law and their positioning in the intermediate positions of the kinematic cycle. Materials and methods. The actuators dynamics characteristics and control system of power part of positional electro-pneumatic actuators were researched. The methods of mathematical and computer modeling, and methods of solving ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations and method of correlation analysis were used. Results and discussion. The analytical dependences for determining the kinematic parameters of the artificial product movement with the mechanism of collision, which is based on the pneumatic actuator, are obtained. The dynamical model of the actuator is mathematically tested and the movement law of the collision mechanism, which is approximated to the optimal speed, is obtained. To analyze the loading process of the working link of the positional actuator, the model of a generalized control system is used, which is limited by the one full cycle of operation of the functional mechatronic module of the packing machine. Such a model allows to describe the overload process, both in the case of full and partial filling of the working cycle. This is important when packing products in different geometric shapes of consumer packaging, which is typical of modern packaging machines. The simulation model of the actuator is theoretically substantiated and confirmed, which has a number of advantages, unlike the existing structures of positional drives in packaging machines. Сalculated difference, during mathematical modeling, of the value of the working time of the output stage of the functional mechatronic module for the processing of the kinematic cycle of the operation of the packaging machine was for the various input parameters of the limit to 7%. The results of the mathematical modeling of dynamics for a positional pneumatic actuator, with the condition of changing the cross section of the exhaust hole, gave the opportunity to obtain the kinematic characteristics of the drive. Conclusions. The results of mathematical modeling for positional pneumatic actuators with the condition of changing the section of the exhaust hole allowed to track all the kinematic characteristics of the actuator.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics and human effects of atmospheric pollution in the Yangtze River Basin (YRB). An AQI(Air Quality Index)-based weighted co-word method is applied to explore the characteristics of keywords taken from the data, using authoritative media sources and government reports. Hierarchical clustering techniques are utilized to classify and visualize the keywords and display the different types of incidents. The results reveal the following four main clusters: enterprise pollution, coal-burning pollution, traffic pollution, and air pollutants. Cluster 1 is divided into 7 sub-clusters to offer powerful insight into the structural characteristics of industrial activities. This study is one of the first attempts to use a bibliometric approach to visualize the underlying and interconnected sub-clusters from grey data. It also provides an atmospheric pollution mapping for formulating government policies by understanding the human effects of air pollution incidents.
