Evaluation of Silibinin Enriched Silymarin in Chronic HCV Patients

Abstract: Background/ Aim: Silymarin is a polyphenolic compound with anti-hepatotoxic activity. It has low oral bioavailability due to its poor aqueous solubility. Thus enhancement of its dissolution may lead to a better bioavailability.
