Evaluation of self care behaviours, medication and dietary compliance of patients with heart failure

Abstract: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the self-care behaviors, dietary and medication compliance of patients with heart failure.The study was conducted as a cross-sectional sampling study between April and August 2016.
