Evaluation of second‐order derivative of potential on boundary by discontinuous boundary element with exact integrations

Abstract: SUMMARYExact integration of discontinuous quartic boundary element for evaluation of potential, its first-order and second-order derivative is presented. A patch test problem with three kinds of boundary conditions is implemented to show that the discontinuous boundary element with exact integration can evaluate the potential, its first-order and second-order derivative on boundary with high accuracy.
