“…The reason for this belief is that most RMMMs associated in construction organizations depend on four levels to find the maturity of RM, or they lack a detailed explanation of the characteristics of each level. According to Čech and Januška [21], the use of four levels of maturity is not suitable for organizations that do not have experience in risk management, such as in developing countries.
