Abstract:The aim of this study was to adapt and validate the results of the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk Factors developed by the Ministry of Social Protection of Colombia in 2010 for workers in Ecuador. An instrumental study was conducted with 3172 workers, and the psychometric properties were analyzed using expert criteria, construct validity analysis using exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis using internal consistency with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient.
