Abstract:Introduction: PPP2R5C is one of the regulatory B subunits of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), which is a tumor suppressor. PPP2R5C plays a critical role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and transformation. Considering these vital functions, we investigate the gene expression in Iranian patients with B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL) and its association with clinical and laboratory finding.
