“…For PSS-MA- g -C 16 OH (15%), PSS-MA- g -C 16 NH 2 (15%), and PAA- g -C 16 OH (15%), the optimal concentration was found to be 0.5 mg/mL, while for PAA-g-C 12 OH (40%), it was 1 mg/mL. It should be noted that pure polyelectrolytes and their hydrophobized derivatives showed zeta potentials of approximately 0 mV due to dynamic changes in their conformation and the formation of a nonstable interface.
