Evaluation of Nonparametric and Parametric Statistical Procedures for Modeling and Prediction of Cluster‐Correlated Hydroclimatic Data

Abstract: Climate and hydrologic variables such as temperature, precipitation, streamflow, and baseflow generally do not follow Gaussian distribution due to the presence of outliers and heavy tails.
