Evaluation of Microbial Culture Techniques for the Isolation of Pythium Insidiosum from Equine Tissues

Abstract: Abstract. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of sample handling, storage, and culture techniques on the isolation of Pythium insidiosum from infected equine tissues.
