Abstract: Relevance: Kidney functions in treating acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) undergo serious effects, especially in elderly patients. Chemotherapeutic drugs used to prepare for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) inevitably affect elderly patients’ kidney function.
