Abstract:Introduction: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate that patients undergoing ACL reconstruction with quadrupled semitendinosus suspensory femoral and tibial fixation have comparable results in muscle strength and knee function to those undergoing ACL reconstruction with four-strand semitendinosus-gracilis suspensory femoral fixation and a bioabsorbable tibial interference screw fixation.
