Evaluation of intravitreal injection of blank microspheres in a new chronic glaucoma rat model

Abstract: Purpose: To evaluate the intravitreal injection of PLGA/VitE non‐loaded microspheres as a potential platform to deliver neuroprotective active compounds in a chronic glaucoma animal model.
