Evaluation of insecticidal efficacy against maize leaf aphid [Rhopalosiphum maidis (Fitch)] under inner terai condition of Nepal

Abstract: Field experiments were carried out at the National Maize Research Program in Rampur, Chitwan, with the objective of comparing the effectiveness of insecticides in the field for controlling maize leaf aphid (Rhopalosiphum maidis Fitch) during the winter season of 2019 and 2020. The design of the experiment was randomized complete block with four replications. The plot size was 6 rows of 5 m long with the spacing of 60cm × 25cm.
