Evaluation of focal adhesion mediated subcellular curvature sensing in response to engineered extracellular matrix

Abstract: Fibril curvature is bioinstructive to attached cells. Similar to natural healthy tissues, an engineered extracellular matrix can be designed to stimulate cells to adopt desired phenotypes.
