Evaluation of eosinopenia as a diagnostic and prognostic indicator in COVID‐19 infection

Abstract: Eosinophils are granulocytes that have potent pro-inflammatory effects and have been shown to participate in inflammation, immunoregulation and host defence against many diseases including viral infections.
