By the development of the real-time technologies, the association and commerce applications has been observed among the enhancing movement to implement cutting edge skills to control their commerce method. But, this movement was not observed much the electronic-procurement technique, where the obtainable consumers still order things using a predictable web-based method, which may not present a different continuing challenge in the e-procurement technique.
