Abstract: Median ADC is able to predict the presence and grade of PCa in CSRs identified by MP-MRI.

“…The combination of anatomical and functional information provided by mp-MRI, compared with morphological imaging based on high-resolution T2w imaging only, makes it a promising successful imaging tool for improving the Se, Spe, and accuracy in PCa detection, as validated by the results in our study. The benefits of mp-MRI include early detection of PCa; depiction of tumors missed on biopsy; improved biopsy accuracy; reduction in the number of cores per biopsy; the exclusion of clinically significant disease to enroll patients in active surveillance; surgical, radiation treatment; and focal therapies planning and evaluation of response to therapies [4,[10][11][12][13][14].
