Abstract: Background/Aims: Variations in pro and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels occur commonly after ERCP procedure complications, such as in post-ERCP pancreatitis. Besides, the relationship between increased cytokine levels and multidrug resistance has been shown in cholangiocarcinoma patients.
