Evaluation of collateral circulation and short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction by perfusion-weighted MRI

Abstract: Background: Perfusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) can evaluate collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction by reflecting hemodynamic signals in the brain.
