Evaluation of Cloud Services: A Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Group Decision Making Method

Abstract: This paper presents a fuzzy multi-criteria group decision making method for evaluating the performance of Cloud services in an uncertain environment. Intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are used to better model the subjectivity and imprecision in the performance evaluation process.
