The mean time from exposure to COVID-19 infection to symptom onset was 4.5 weeks, comparable to the study of Ozel et al 19 In the study by Alkan et al 11 with 36 MIS-C patients from Turkey, fever (100%), mucocutaneous (69.4%) and gastrointestinal symptoms (66.6%), neurological findings (38.8%), and cardiovascular involvement (83.3%) were reported. Similar results were found in the study by Dufort et al with fever (100%), gastrointestinal manifestations (80%), and rashes (60%) as the most common clinical findings in 95 patients with confirmed MIS-C. 4 In our study, similar to available literature, clinical findings included fever (100%), mucocutaneous (64%) and gastrointestinal symptoms (64%), neurological findings (16%), and cardiovascular involvement (68%).…”
