Evaluation of class passing conditions of the failed students from the viewpoints of Education Ministry Officials, school administrators, teachers and parents

Abstract: This survey aims to evaluate the social promotion of class-repeating students, applied with the changes in regulations made by the TRNC Ministry of National Education, for promotion to a higher grade from the viewpoints of Ministry of Education and school administrators, parents, teachers and students.
