Abstract: Backgrounds: To evaluate changes in the thickness of ganglionic cell-inner plexiform layer and macular retinal nerve fiber layer using ocular coherence tomographyin patients exposed to hydroxychloroquine .Methods: This was a retrospective, cross-sectional study of patients on hydroxychloroquine therapy.
