Abstract: Background Cancer Stem Cells (CSCs) in most tumors, including Retinoblastoma (Rb), are associated with tumor-initiation, metastasis, and drug resistance. Our previous studies identified Rb CSCs as CD44+/CD133- by flowcytometry using size and phenotype.
