Abstract:This study assessed the ampicillin and amoxicillin resistance in Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC14917 during the laboratory evolution in culture medium, including a gradually increasing concentration of antibiotic. In ampicillin and amoxicillin environment, both evolved strains obtained high levels of resistance.
