Evaluation of an In-service Training Program Given to the New Faculty at a Higher Education Institution

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate an in-service training program given to the new faculty working at the School of Foreign Languages at a public university in Turkey in terms of its implementation and effectiveness.
