Evaluation of a longitudinal subspecialty clinic for internal medicine residents

Abstract: BACKGROUND The traditional model for subspecialty education in internal medicine (IM) residencies is a short inpatient consult rotation, which often lacks outpatient exposure and continuity with faculty.
