Abstract:Background
Treatment monitoring of multidrug-resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB) in resource-limited settings is challenging. We developed a multi-analyte assay for eleven anti-TB drugs in small hair samples as an objective metric of drug exposure.
