To study and prevent bed separation water inrush accidents in coal mines, it is necessary to evaluate the risk according to the limited geological data correctly. In this work, based on hydrogeological and mining conditions, we established a risk evaluation model and selected seven important factors, including the aquifer thickness, aquifer water abundance, hydraulic pressure of the aquifer, effective aquifuge thickness, mining failure ratio, mining height of the working face, and advancing distance as evaluation indexes. The intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP) and entropy weight method (EWM) were used to analyze the weights of the original data, and the minimum information entropy principle was used to further integrate the abovementioned calculation results. With the weight results, set pair analysis–variable fuzzy set (SPA-VFS) theory was applied to determine the risk grade of each working face, which provided scientific guidance for the safe mining of coal mines. For the working face where water inrush may occur, the risk of bed separation water inrush can be reduced by optimizing the parameters or changing the mining conditions through the model analysis.

In order to accurately analyze and evaluate multi-index and multi-route traffic schemes for comparison and selection, we introduce herein a comprehensive weight and an intelligent selection algorithm for traffic scheme optimization to improve upon the shortcomings of common qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. Firstly, we establish an evaluation index system of transportation by traffic scheme considering the factors of technology, ecological environment, social environment, and economy, based on the whole life cycle. Secondly, the comprehensive weight based on subjective and objective factors is constructed. Finally, we establish an optimization method for transportation schemes by using the comprehensive weight and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) model. The results show that the evaluation index system based on the whole life cycle is more comprehensive and accurate. The comprehensive weight vector avoids the defects of single weight methods and makes full use of subjective data and expert opinions. The comprehensive weight vector is introduced into the decision-maker’s preference coefficient, so that analysts can determine the scheme according to the subjective and objective information and to the required accuracy. This method uses a large number of evaluation groups to evaluate the scheme, and the evaluation results show greater objectivity and efficiency.

The coal mine accidents seriously affect the safety and efficiency of mining for coal mining enterprises. The reliable emergency rescue (ER) processes are explored to minimize the loss of accidents. This paper introduces the stochastic Petri net (SPN) and Markov chain (MC) models based on the system structure flow to analyze the ER processes of coal mine accidents. In addition, a triangle fuzzy strategy is presented to optimize the SPN model. The “9·28” major water inrush accident in Shanxi Fenxi Zhengsheng Coal Company of China is adopted to evaluate the time performance and accident data of the ER process. The MC model-based steady-state probabilities of the system under various states are used to calculate the average delay time of this system. The triangular fuzzy strategy is used to analyze the change value of the total time in the ER system at the unit transition speed when the firing rate of each transition is changed, which finds the most time-consuming key activities in the ER process. The results show that SPN and MC can reflect the dynamic behaviors of ER process, which provides a reference for the rescue operations of other coal mine accidents. The triangular fuzzy strategy can quickly find out the key activities affecting the ER time, which greatly decreases the calculations generated by analyzing the total time of the system changed at the unit transition speed.
