Abstract:In this study, we analyzed the arc magnetic field to assess the stability of the arc welding process, particularly in robotic welding where direct measurement of welding current is challenging, such as under water. The characteristics of the magnetic field were evaluated based on low-frequency fluctuations and the symmetry of the signals.
