“…La quantité de CGR prescrite a été jugée conforme dans 89% des cas. Une autre étude multicentrique réalisée en 2006 par le GHCOH portait sur l'évaluation des connaissances médicales en transfusion au moyen d'un questionnaire comprenant 35 questions réparties par thème (produits sanguins, immuno-hématologie, prescription, pratique, interprétation de contrôles ultimes) [6]. Elle a montré des taux de bonnes réponses concernant le thème de la prescription variant entre 14 et 94%, avec notamment un taux de bonnes réponses de 43% concernant la prescription de CGR phénotypés chez la femme jeune en période d'activité génitale et de 40% pour la prescription de CGR phénotypés et compatibilisés en cas de recherche d'agglutinines irrégulières positive.…”
