Abstract: Introduction: In clinical practice, warfarin is often combined with Compound Danshen dripping pill (CDDP) for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. However, warfarin has a narrow therapeutic index, wide interindividual variability (genetic and non-genetic factors), and is susceptible to drug-drug interactions.
