Evaluating the sustainability of Volgograd

Abstract: The accumulated industrial base of major Russian cities, carrying the burden of the economical transformations combined with the existing state-municipal management system, requires the determination of effective ways for further improvement of the city analysis development plans.The purpose of this study is to consider the issues of assessing the sustainability of the city operation and development.
