Understanding the root canal morphology is important for successful endodontic treatment. This retrospective cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) study aimed to compare the adult maxillary premolars (MP), root, and canal morphology among a Saudi Arabian subpopulation based on Vertucci and Ahmed classifications.
