Evaluating the impact of trauma and PTSD on epigenetic prediction of lifespan and neural integrity

Abstract: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a debilitating disorder that develops in some people following trauma exposure. Trauma and PTSD have been associated with accelerated cellular aging.
