“…[40][41] GEN has therefore been considered a pharmacologically active natural compound for chemoprevention of carcinogenesis and cancer progression since its discovery, which is also supported by epidemiological evidence. [42][43] This study is the rst to demonstrate that GEN attenuates obesity induced by high-fat diet in ovariectomized mice and attenuates the increased tumor burden of obesity, further enriching the application value of GEN in human and female animal health.…”

“…Hence, the discovery of potent and safer ER inhibitors is crucial for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Despite having ER-binding activity, most isoflavonoids, including daidzein and genistein, may act as negative regulators for ER-positive breast cancer [ 66 ]. Consequently, mixed soybean isoflavonoids should be cautiously considered for breast cancer patients.…”

“…One of the worst illnesses, cancer, may kill anybody across the globe. According to the WHO (World Health Organization), breast cancer, the most prevalent kind of cancer [1][2] identified in women, affects more than 1.5 million women annually and is the main reason for cancer-related deaths in women. A number of risk factors [3] raise the possibility of acquiring breast cancer.…”
