“…Considering that the financial situation of the school will directly and / or indirectly affect the quality of education and the financial contributions of the families to the schools will differ according to the socio-economic region where the school is located; it can be thought that this situation will create inequality among the schools. It is seen that this result obtained from the research is also compatible with the study of Yolcu and Kurul (2009) examining the effects of neo-liberal policies on the finance of primary schools. In addition, as seen in the official statistics used in the research, it can be thought that the central budget's inability to allocate sufficient resources for education encourages students to private schools, and this will take education away from the public and make it a service sector run by the private sector, as Ünal (2013) demonstrated with his work on the restructuring of education in capitalist society.…”
