Abstract: Abstract:To evaluate the structural, optical & electrical properties of the zinc chalcogenides (ZnO, ZnS, ZnSe & ZnTe), the Full Potential Linearized -Augumented Plane Wave plus Local Orbits (FP -LAPW+lo) method.
