Evaluating L1CAM expression in human endometrial cancer using qRT-PCR

Abstract: BackgroundManagement of endometrial carcinoma (EC) still needs improvement of risk assessment. Recently, L1CAM immunohistochemical (IHC) evaluation showed a unique value to predict the outcome of early EC.
