Evaluating face validity of a parent survey used to evaluate a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program‐Education youth program in Arkansas (625.6)

Abstract: In order to assess effectiveness of nutrition education programs, evaluation of nutrition programing must be completed. Effective program evaluation stems from using valid evaluative tools. The purpose of this project was to evaluate face validity of a parent survey used as an evaluation tool for a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program‐Education (SNAP‐Ed) program conducted in public elementary schools across Arkansas.
