Abstract: BackgroundThis study aims to explore the value of the Lymphocyte-to-Monocyte Ratio (LMR) in predicting delirium among older adult patients with sepsis.MethodsRetrospective data were obtained from the MIMIC-IV database in accordance with the STROBE guidelines.
